Reformer Pilates

Reformer pilates consists of resistance equipment that moves back and forth along the carriage. The individuals weight along with the apparatus springs will provide resistance for the workout. This workout allows for development of alignment, balance, core strength and flexibility.

  • Comfortable athletic apparel that is not too loose.
